Biography
He was born at Cesena on 24 June 1978. - September 1997 - July 2002: enrolled at the Faculty of Law at the LUISS University Guido Carli. - from 30 March 2001 to 6 April 2001 he participated in EUCOTAX - Wintercourse - Universität Osnabrück - Osnabrück (Germany) after passing one selection test, on "The tax treatment of non-residents"; in particular, presenting an English work on "Change of residence of individuals and companies ". - July 16, 2002: Law Degree with 110/110 vote and praise, obtained at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with a thesis in Law Taxes under the heading "EEIG tax regime in light of the law Community ", rapporteur Prof. Franco Gallo. - November 2002 - July 2003: improvement in "Tax Law" at the Luiss Business School in the Specialization Course led by Prof. Franco Gallo, as evidenced by the certificate issued on 18.7.2003. Grant scholarship grant. - from 23 February 2005 to 5 March 2005 participated in the 2004/2005 edition of International and European Tax Moot Court Competition - Katholieke Universiteit Leuven - Leuven (Belgium) drafting the memorandum for the applicant in which he analyzed the Community's reflections of a hypothetical legislation national in the field of thin capitalization. - February 2005: Winner of the Winning Contest (and grant scholarship financed by LUISS Guido Carli) of the Contest for the PhD research in "Company Tax Law", XX cycle, at the University LUISS Guido Carli (Examination Committee: Professor Livia Salvini, Prof. Massimo Basilavecchia, Prof. Giuseppe Maria Cipolla); - 2 October 2006: obtaining the right to exercise the profession of Attorney and Registrar of the Rome Bar Association from October 19, 2006. - April 23, 2008: Achieving the title of Doctor of Research in "Law Tributary of Societies ", XX cycle, at LUISS University Guido Carli. - December 16, 2013: Achievement of national scientific approval at the Professor of second tier in disciplinary science IUS / 12 and competition sector 12 / D2 - Tax Law.
