Biography
Francesco Raffaello De Martino graduated summa cum laude from the Law School of the University of Naples - Federico II - disserting a thesis in Constitutional Law with Professor Michele Scudiero with the following title:”The Maastricht Treaty and Italian Constitution”. He was admitted to the Ph.D. in Public Law at the University of Naples on June 20th, 1995. Since 1995 he has been a research fellow of Constitutional Law at the Law Schools of the University of Naples, the University of Cassino and the Second University of Naples. Between 1996 and 2001 he was a teaching fellow of Constitutional Law at the Law Schools of the University of Naples, University of Cassino, University "Suor Orsola Benincasa" in Naples and the University of Molise.
