In 1992 he got Degree in Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Molise. 1993 Specialization in Economics of the Agro - Food System at the Faculty of Agriculture Agraria, University of Naples "Federico II". 1997 Ph.D. in Economics and Agricultural Policy at the University of Studies in Catania.
