Biography
Maria Giagnacovo graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Molise, with a vote of 110 and praise and received the title of Doctor of Research in Economic History at the Naval University Institute of Naples (XI cycle). Since November 1, 2002, he is a researcher (confirmed in DR Role No. 486 of March 23, 2006) for the SECS-P / 12 - Economic History at the Faculty of Economics of the Molise University. He adheres to the Department of Economic and Social Economics. He deals with the economic history of the Middle Ages, with particular regard to the issues of consumption and nutrition, trade organization and trade in the western Mediterranean.
