Biography

The Dr. Massimo Iorizzo graduated on 16.07.1991 in Food Science with Final vote of 110/110 and praise, at the University of Molise-DI.S.T.A.A.M. From September 1991 to November 1993 he attended DISTAAM as contractor and fellow for Research on food microbiology. In 1993 she was the winner of the admission competition at the PhD in Biotechnology Of food "IX Cycle. In 1997 he earned the title of Ph.D., discussing the thesis titled "Characterization Oenological enrichment of capsicum yeasts isolated from grapes of southern Italy. " In 1997 he was Professor of Food Microbiology at the University of Molise As part of a project on microbiology of cold meats. In the same year he signed a research contract with the University of Molise Under a program entitled "Production of Acetic Acid from Serum". In 1998 she was granted the qualification for the profession of Food Technician. From July 17, 1998 to 2002 he served on DISTAAM of the University of Molise as technical co-ordinator for disciplinary grouping AGR / 16 MICROBIOLOGY AGRICULTURE (ex G08B). Since November 1, 2002 he has served as a researcher confirmed at DISTAAM Of the University of Molise. From 1996 to 1998 he was a lecturer in dairy dairy microbiology and food microbiology At the Montella (AV) Institute of Industry and Crafts at the courses of Training for "Chemical and Biological Technician in Plant and Treatment Technologies Milk and milk dairies "and" chemical and biological control operators Of the plants, technologies and analytical parameters of the winery industry ". From 1998 to present she is a professor of Food Microbiology at the Science Park and Molise Technologist for the Training of Business Tutor for Dairy Industries, Salami and molitoria
