Biography
He was born in Campobasso on 14 February 1971 On February 24, 1998 she graduated in Food Science and Technology at the University of Molise with 110/110 votes and praise. From December 20, 1999 to October 31, 2000, she holds a postgraduate scholarship on " Biotechnology Innovations for the Valorization of Traditional Southern Italy Meats " at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences and Technologies of the University of the Molise Studies. From 26 May 2000 to 30 September 2000, he participated in the research on the "Technological evaluation of starter cultures for the production of buffalo mozzarella" at the Department of Agro-food, environmental and microbiological sciences and technologies of the University of Molise. Such collaboration is formalized with an intellectual work contract. From July 8, 2001 to July 26, 2001 and from October 1, 2001 to October 10, 2001, he attends the Laboratory of Biotechnology of Veneto Agriculture - Institute for Quality and Agricultural Technologies of Thiene (VI) for a Training Stage on "Applications of Molecular Methodologies for the genotypic identification and characterization of lactic and yeast bacteria ". From November 21, 2003 to December 15, 2003, he participated in the research in the framework of the MIPAF project "Valorization and Safeguard of Indigenous Microflora characteristic of Italian dairy products" at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences and Technologies of Molise University . Such collaboration is formalized with an Intellectual Property Contract. On February 25, 2004 he received the title of PhD in Biotechnology of Food . From 10 May 2004 to 30 October 2004, it has an autonomous work contract of co-ordinated and continuous collaboration on the topic " Comparative and Statistical Evaluations on genotypic identification of micro-organisms of food interest " at the Department of Agro-Food, Environment and Microbiology of the University of Molise. From November 11, 2004 to December 9, 2004, he has a contract for self-employed work of co-ordinated and continuous collaboration on the topic "Statistical Analysis of Analytical Results" at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences and Technologies of the University of Studies of Molise. From February 1, 2005 to October 4, 2005, he holds a postgraduate degree scholarship on "Research aimed at improving the quality of products in the bufalini chain" at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences and Technologies of the University of the Molise Studies. From 19.7.2005 to 29.7.2005 and 10.10.2005 to '11.10.2005 carries out teaching activities for the training course for the sector "Public health and management of transformation processes of agricultural and food products of animal nature" in' scope of the " Technological Innovation of the Bufalina Branch " project approved by and co-funded by MIUR at Bellopede & Golino Company in Marcianise (CE). From 04.10.2005 to 04.10.2006 she holds a research grant on " Selection and use of starter for quality optimization and shelf-life of dairy products" at the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies , Environmental and Microbiology of the Molise University. From February 16, 2006 to July 19, 2006, he attended "University College Cork" (Cork, Ireland) for research activities carried out under the research program "Characterization of the protein profile and biochemical activities responsible for possible modifications in fermented foods". From June 25, 2007 to June 28, 2007, he attends the course in " Scientific Argumentation in Research Papers ", held by Dr. Sandra J. Oster at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. From January 15, 2007 to November 22, 2007, he holds a Research Check on " Selection and Use of Starter for Quality Optimization and Shelf Life of Milk Products" at the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies , Environmental and Microbiology of the Molise University. On 21 November 2007 she was awarded the comparative evaluation procedure for the biennial assignment for SSD AGR / 16 - AGRICULTURAL MICROBIOLOGY at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Molise. From 1.12.2009 it has a Co-ordinated and Continuous Collaborative Contracts of a Quarterly Duration on the " Evaluation of the Impact of Protective Cultures and Starter Cultures to be Used in Buffalo Meat Products " at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Environmental Sciences and Microbiology of the University of Molise. From April 22, 2010 to November 30, 2010, he holds a research grant on the " Study of Beneficial and Technological Characteristics of Micro -organisms of Food Interest " at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences at the University of Molise. He is currently an unverified researcher for SSD AGR / 16 - AGRICULTURAL MICROBIOLOGY at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Molise.
