Biography
Paola Adamo is Full Professor of Agricultural Chemistry at the Agriculture Department of the Federico II University, Naples. Her main research interests relate to nutrient/heavy metal speciation, mobility and bioavailability in degraded/polluted soils, Soil-plant interactions in natural and polluted soils, Biomonitoring (lichens, mosses) of air pollution. She has led and taken part to many environmental monitoring projects: e.g. “Evaluation of heavy metal contamination of soils from industrial and agricultural sites of Campania Region” – POP-Campania Region
