Biography
Graduated in Agricultural Sciences in 1995, Graduate School of Agricultural Food Sciences Biotechnology, with an analytical address in 1998 and after 7 months in England at the Institute for Food Research, in 2000 he began his PhD in Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies (XV cycle). Since October 2000, after the termination of the PhD, he started a collaboration with the Consortium Promos Ricerca, which became an employee since June 2001. On January 04, 2004, he served as Researcher AGR / 16 (Agricultural Microbiology) at the Department of Food Science of the University of Naples "Federico II".
