Biography
Prof. BACCHI Alessia granted Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Parma and post-doctoral researcher at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Hamburg, Germany. 1996-1998: post-doctoral fellow at the University of Parma. 1998-2001 university researcher at the University of Parma From October 1, 2001 he is associate professor at the Faculty of Science MM.FF.NN. of the University of Parma. Since 2005 she has been delegated for the orientation of the Faculty of Science MM.FF.NN. He has co-ordinated the Scientific and Chemistry Project for the University of Parma in 2005 - 2009.
Research Interest
solid state chemistry, the design of crystalline functional materials through the application of the principles of supramolecular chemistry and crystal engineering, and the study and rationalization of polymorphism for compounds of inter-pharmaceutical interest.
