Biography
The professor. Mauro Carcelli graduated in Chemistry at the University of Parma in the 1989-90 academic year, discussing a synthesis of metal-organic synthesis (110/110 and praise). Researcher since May 1, 1993, is Associate Professor Confirmed for the Scientific Disciplinary Sector CHIM / 03 GENERAL AND INORGANIC CHEMISTRY, at the Department of Chemistry. His main scientific interests concern the chemistry of coordination compounds, and in particular the study of: 1) metal enzyme inhibitors, 2) metal complexes with antiviral and antifungal properties. He is author of over 80 works in international scientific journals, 3 chapters of books and numerous contributions to national and international conferences. He works as referee for several international scientific journals
