Biography
Gianfranco Rossi received his degree in Information Science from the University of Pisa in 1979. From 1981 to 1983 he worked at the Intecs Co. System House in Pisa. From November 1983 to February 1989 he was a researcher at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Turin and from 1989 to 2001 he was Associate Professor at the Universities of Udine, Bologna and Parma. Since November 2001 he is an Ordinary Professor of Computer Science at the University of Parma, where he holds courses related to conventional programming languages
