Dr. VAGLIASINDI Pietro is currently working as a assoiate professor in the Department of , University of Parma , Italy . His research interests includes human rights (especially social rights, as the right to housing; right to pension; the right to water); multi-level (international, european and constitutional) protection of fundamental rights; Welfare State; principle of non-discrimination based on sexual orientation and family rights (marriage, adoption, etc.), free of speech..
