Biography
Daniele Bajoni (born on June 9th, 1976) received the PhD in physics from the University of Pavia in 2004, with a thesis with title "Optical Spectroscopy of Photonic Crystals and Microcavities". He later spent a three year post-doc at the Laboratoire de Photonique and Nanostructures (LPN-CNRS) in Marcoussis, France, and since January 2008 he is staff researcher at the University of Pavia
Research Interest
Optical and electrical properties of semiconductor heterostructures, nonlinear optical phenomena, quantum photonics, strong light-matter interaction and cavity quantum electrodynamics.
