Giovanni Mimmi

Biography

Giovanni Mimmi is Full Professor of Applied Mechanics, author of 110 papers for scientific journals, congresses, books. Member of Gearing & Transmissions Technical Committee of IFToMM (International Federation for the promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science); member of AAM (American Academy of Mechanics), AIMETA (Associazione Italiana di Meccanica Teorica e Applicata), ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), GIMC (Gruppo Italiano di Meccanica Computazionale). He is teacher at the University of Pavia and has been tutor in more than 70 Doctoral and Degree Thesis. He is member of Collegio Docenti, Dottorato di Ricerca in Ingegneria dei Sistemi Meccanici at Politecnico di Milano.
