Biography
Tommaso Beccari, PhD, has experience in lysosomal enzymes begun in 1985 at the King’s College of London in the laboratories of Prof. D. Robinson and Dr. JL Stirling, two pioneers in the field of lysosomes. He has been visiting professor at the King’s College, London,; Universitè Renè Descartes, Paris; Georg-August-Universitat Gottingen, Germany; and University of Tromso, Norway.
Research Interest
lysosomal enzymes and on the pathophysiology of the lysosomal storage disorders, in particular with respect to alpha-mannosidosis and mucolipidosis
