Paolo Mancini (Foligno, 1948) is an Ordinary Professor of Sociology of Communication at the Department of Political Science of the University of Perugia Mancini's scientific interests essentially relate to the relationship between mass commuication system and policy system , the study of electoral campaigns on which he has gained comparative research experience.
