Biography
I was born in Rome on November 6th, 1990 and I enrolled in 2009 at the Department of Chemistry at Sapienza University of Rome where I got the Bachelor's Degree in 2012 (108/110) and the Master's Degree in Chemistry in January 2015 (110/110 cum laude), curriculum Chemistry of Biological Systems. During my Master's studies I spent six months at Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona thanks to the Erasmus Program. After my Master's Degree, I joined the group of Prof. Miriam Royo Expósito at Parc Científic of Barcelona thanks to Unipharma Graduates Program, working on the design of new polymeric nanoconjugates for the treatment of colo-rectal cancer. Actually I am attending the first year of the PhD in Chemical Science at Sapienza University of Rome under the supervision of Prof. Mario Barteri. My research activity concerns with biophysical chemistry and nanotechnology for biomedical applications.
