Biography

Francesca Buiarelli graduated with praise in Chemistry in 1988 and received the title of Doctor of Chemistry in 1992 at the University of Rome La Sapienza. He specializes in Food Science in 1997 with a 70/70 vote with praise. Since 1999 he has been research and teaching researcher at the Department of Chemistry of Knowledge (CHIM01 Chemistry-Analytic) at the Faculty of Science MFN. Its scientific activities concern: 1) the development and validation of new analytical methods for the research and dosing of endogenous and contaminant trace elements in complex matrices such as xenobiotics and growth promoters in biological fluids of animal and human origin, in collaboration with 2) Separation and characterization of natural organic compounds in complex nutritional matrices (oils, water, wines, milk), quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical preparations 3) Research on pollutants in environmental matrices (IPA, nitroIPA, ossiIPA, mycotoxins, mushroom and batter markers, biotoxins) in environmental matrices in collaboration with the INAIL research, certification and verification field. He is author of several publications, published in ISI journals. auditors for evaluation of ministerial research programs and products. In the years 2005-2007 he was a member of the Veterinarian Advisory Committee with the appointment of the Ministry of Health (DM 17-02-2005) - He is currently lecturer (from 2009-2010) of the "Advanced Analytical Methods" course Master Degree in Environmental Genomics and Industrial Biotechnologies (ord 270)
