Biography
Alessandro Latini was born in Rome on June 25, 1974. He graduated in Chemistry with praise at La Sapienza University in 2001, discussing a thesis on the growth and characterization of thin films of rare earth carbides, having as rapporteurs prof. Giovanni De Maria and Daniele Gozzi. In 2002 he is admitted to the Doctoral Program in Chemistry at the same University. In 2005, she spent two months in Japan at the Tsukuba National Institute of Materials Science (NIMS) Institute through the JISTEC REES Program fellowship. In 2006 he holds the title of Doctor of Research. Researcher since 2007. Research lines (in collaboration with Prof. Daniele Gozzi): 1. Development of new Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) electrolytes and materials; 2. growth and characterization of films of ceramic materials, especially hard-super-hard materials. Co-author of 40 publications on international journals, two contributions to international conferences and a patent.
