Biography
Paola Paiano graduated with honors in "Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology" (Sapienza, University of Rome). In november 2014 won a scholarship for the 30th cycle of PhD in Chemical Engineering (Sapienza, University of Rome) and currently she is a PhD student in the laboratory of Chemical Processes of the department of Chemistry. The research activity is focused on the study of electricity-driven fermentation of organic substrates by using mixed microbial cultures.
