Biography
Degree in Mathematics at the University of Pisa, Prof. Ennio De Giorgi (July 12, 1979) and Diploma of Licentiate in Mathematics at the Normale Superiore di Pisa (July 1979). Professor of Mathematical Analysis since 1994. Director of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Lecce for two terms (1995-2001). Member of the Contest Committee for Ordinary Professor (1 - SISSA of Trieste), for Associate Professor (1 - Politecnico di Bari), for Researcher (3 - Second University of Naples, 2 times University of Lecce). From January 2010 to June 2012 Coordinator of the College of Teachers of the Doctorate in Mathematics of the University of Salento. From June 2012 Director of the Doctoral School of the University of Salento, renewed in 2016.
Research Interest
Mathematical Analysis, Variation Calculation, Partial Derivatives Equations, Numeric Calculation, Numerical Image Processing.
