Biography
Prof. Franco Paparella graduated in Economics and Law at the University of Rome with the highest marks, specializing at the Politecnico di Milano and passing the International Law Degree Course at the Faculty of Science Policies of the University of Rome. He is a member of the Rome Bar Association, the Special Directory of Bar Association and the Registry of Auditors. He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association , the Italian National Tribunal Association, the European Registry of Tax Consultants and a member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors. He has been called on to become a member of numerous ministerial reform tributary commissions and is a member of the committee for the drafting of primary scientific journals. He started his academic career in 1989 at the law school of law at the La Sapienza University in Rome and taught at the Central Taxation Office of Rome, the Tax Police Department of the Guardia di Finanza, the faculty of Jurisprudence of the University of Camerino. He is currently an extraordinary professor at the University of Salento Faculty of Economics, a law professor at Universitas Mercatorum in Rome and at Link Campus University. He has attended numerous national and international conferences.
Research Interest
The research lines of the industry have been directed towards the exercise of taxation powers, evolutionary tendencies and new phases of taxation implementation, with particular reference to Community and international tax issues.
