Biography
1985 Laurea in Matematica with praise at the Faculty of Science of the University of Lecce. • 1986-1988 Professor at the University of Basilicata for the teachings of Mathematical Analysis I and II. • 1988-1992 Researcher of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science of II University of Rome-Tor Vergata. • 1992-1995 Associate Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science Economics of the University of Calabria. • 1995-2001 Associate Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science of the University of Lecce. • 2002-2004 Extraordinary Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science of the University of Lecce. • 2005-Ordinary Professor of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Science of the University of Lecce and from 2012 at the Department of Mathematics and Physics.I am currently responsible for the Royal Analysis course for Master Degree in Mathematics and the Probability and Statistics Calculation Course for the three - year undergraduate degree in Information Engineering. In the past, I held the Analysis courses I, II, III, IV, Equations at Partial Derivatives and Complex Analysis for the Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Institutes of Mathematics for Biological Sciences, Mathematical Analysis I and II for Economics (University of Calabria). I also held several courses for the PhD in Mathematics, on subjects of Elliptical and Parabolic equations. The lessons of these doctoral courses were collected in two notebooks of the Department of Mathematics and are used by several colleagues for similar courses within the doctors of their homes.
Research Interest
Partial elliptic and parabolic partial equations. Markov Semigroups. Spectral theory for elliptical operators.
