Research Interest
(a) Deposition of thin films by physical methods (vacuum evaporation, vacuum evaporation by electronic cannon with and without ion beam support, radioactive reactive sputtering); b) Study of transport properties, optical and photoelectric materials of both massive (monocrystals) and thin films; c) study of materials and devices for applications such as piezoelectric transducers, gas chemical sensors, optical UV coatings, active components for optical memories, low energy nuclear reactions (LENRs), laser purification processes of ancient artifacts of artistic interest .
