Biography
Paolo Leoci, born in Cagliari on February 3, 1965, graduated in Economics and Commerce with praise at the University of Bari on November 7, 1992. Previously, Leoci had been staying for long periods in both the USA than in Germany. Returning to Italy, attending courses at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce and in 1988/89 and 1989/90, was the winner of two scholarships under the CEE ERASMUS program. After attending an intensive German-language course (April-May 1989), he attended various university courses at the Fachhochschule in Augsburg (Germany), passing earnings examinations in 1989. From 8 February to 7 April 1993 he participated in a course of the ISVE of Naples on "Management for the Internationalization of Enterprises" and from 10 to 28 May 1993 an internship at the National Bank of Naples. On March 21, 1997, she passed the State Examination as a Chartered Accountant. In the academic year. 1997-98 he attended a postgraduate degree in accounting and economic analysis at the Finance Academy in Moscow, where he then held a course of lessons (accounting and auditing, business audits) , etc.), from February 2001 to January 2002. From October to December 2007, at the same Academy, held another course in business management and control, accounting and auditing. On 1/4/1999, after having passed the competition, he was appointed Researcher of Business Economics (SECS-P07 group), taking service from the Department of Corporate, Legal and Environmental Studies at the University of Lecce. On August 1, 2003, he passed the competition for Associate Professor in Business Economics (SECS-P / 07) and received on 1 January 2005. By Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 17 April 2007 (OJ No 34 of 27/4/2007) was appointed Auditor of the Accounts and registered with no. 143466 in the Registry of Auditors. Between May and June 2007 he held a "Cost Analysis and Accounting and Planning and Control" course at the University of "Our Lady of the Good Council" in Tirana (Albania); Since January 2008, he is a member of the scientific committee of the Russian magazine, "Mir Novoi Ekonomiki" (The World of New Economy). 2009 was appointed as a member of the "Internationalization Committee" of the University of Salento, with the delegation of the Rector for Relations with Eastern European Countries. Within this delegation he organized and led to subscriptions, study conventions and cultural exchanges with the following universities: Moscow University of Finance. State University of Economics and Statistics (MESI) in Moscow; Open State University of Moscow, Colomna, Makhachkala in the Republic of Daghestan (MGUO); University of Pedagogy of Kiev (Dragmanov).
