Biography
Degree in Jurisprudence (vote: 110/110 and praise). Doctor of Ph.D. in "Alternative Systems of Jurisdiction (ADR) in European Union Law", Voting: 100/100 and Praise (2004), Doctor of Research at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa in European Institutions. As a PhD student at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa, she has completed a period of internship at London Institute Adavanced Legal Studies as a full-time member of the University of London. In May 2005 he was the winner of a public competition for qualifications and examinations at a place of university researcher, disciplinary disciplinary field IUS 10, Administrative Law, at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Lecce. In December 2006 he became eligible as Associate Professor of Administrative Law in the comparative evaluation procedure for a position of associate professor, IUS / 10 - administrative law disciplinary sector, at the Law School of Lum Jean Monnet University, Bari. He has held the teaching of Cultural Property Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Lecce (2005-2006-2007). He has been the holder of the European Union Law School, at the School of Specialization for Legal Professionals, Law School, University of Salento (2007 - 2008 - 2009). He was the holder of the Comparative Administrative Systems course at the Political Science Faculty, LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome (in the years 2007 - 2008 -2009). He has been a lecturer in European Union law at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Lecce (2007-2008). He holds a degree in Administrative Law at the University of Salento Faculty of Economics (starting from 2008/2009). He holds the Teaching of Law on Environment and Culture at the University of Salento Faculty of Economics (starting from 2008/2009). He is the holder of the European Administrative Law teaching at the Faculty of Political Science, Luiss Guido Carli University, Rome (starting from 2009/2010). Since March 2012 she is Deputy Director of the Department of Economics at the University of Salento. She teaches at the SSPA (Public Administration High School) and at the SSPAL (Local Public Administration High School). He is author of three monographs and numerous articles, essays and contributions to collective works (see publication list). He has been a speaker at numerous nationally-important conferences. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Quarterly Review of Law, Doctrine and Regional Law: "The Puglia Corti". He is a member of the Scientific Committee at www.ildirittoamministrativo.it. In 2006 he was a technical advisor to the Commissioner for Environmental Emergency in the Territory of the Lazio Region. In the years 2007-2008 he was a legal adviser to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department for the Development of Territorial Economies. He is a legal adviser to the Minister of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea. Since January 2012 he is Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry. He is a lawyer, enrolled in the Special Register for the profession of profession before the Supreme Court and other higher courts.
Research Interest
Its scientific production focuses on issues relating to the environmental balance and the disarmament of the regional economic system, the themes of urban sustainability, the protection and enhancement of environmental and cultural goods.
