Biography
born in Bari on 2/2/1971, resident in Lecce since 1999. Degree in Biological Sciences obtained in Bari on 14/11/96 with 110/110 votes and praise. Enrolled in the biology profession in April 1998. In service at the Faculty of Economics of Lecce as a university researcher in the scientific-disciplinary field C01B Merchandise Science from January 1999 to October 2002. Served at the Faculty of Economics in Lecce as an associate professor in the SECS-P / 13 Merchandise Science field from November 2002 to October 2006. Served as first-class professor in SECS-P / 13 School of Science at the Lecce School of Economics from November 2006 to today.
Research Interest
The themes of research are: energy production and its environmental impact, problems related to the use of fossil fuels, alternative fuels, environmental impact of production processes, sustainable development, food quality, technological innovation.
