Biography
Marco born in Taranto in 1957. Graduated in Political Science at the Sapienza of Rome and Baccellierato in Utroque Iure at the homonymous faculty of the Pontifical Lateran University.Researcher of Contemporary History from 1988 to 2000 at the University of Molise.Associate Professor from 2000 to 2004 at the University of Molise.Extraordinary Professor and then Ordinary from 2004 to 2008 at the University of Molise.At the University of Molise, already a member of the Academic Senate, former director of the Department of Humanities and Social History, already chair of the Degree in Tourism Sciences, already coordinator of the PhD in History of Italian Society (XXII cycle).Since October 1, 2008 has been transferred to the Faculty of Social Sciences, Politics and Territory of the University of Salento. He is currently deputy chair of the Faculty.

History of the Catholic Movement, History of State and Church Relations in the Twentieth Century, Socio-Religious History of the South of Modern Age and Contemporary Age, Italian History of the Second World War.
