Biography
Clelia De Felice graduated in Mathematics in 1982 at the University of Naples. In the 1983-1986 three-year period he studied and studied at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Theorique et Programmation (LITP) of Paris VI and VII. In 1984 he obtained the "Doctorate de 3eme cycle" in Computer Science at the University of Paris VII. In 1988 he received his PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. From 1989 to 1999 he was Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Physical and Natural Sciences of the University of Salerno. Since 2000 she has been an extraordinary professor and is currently an ordinary computer professor at the University of Salerno. From November 1, 2001 to October 31, 2007, he was director of the Department of Computer Science and Applications "RM Capocelli" of the University of Salerno. Since 1998 she has been responsible for the research unit of Salerno as part of various national research projects (PRIN). Since 2001 he has been responsible for several local research projects. He has been a member of the Program Committee of several national and international conferences and co-chairs of two international conferences. Clelia De Felice has collaborated with various foreign universities (Belgium and France) through various scientific cooperation projects and has been included in the five-year research program "AutoMathA - Automata from Mathematics to Application" (2005-2010), approved by the European Science Foundation ". Its main research topics relate to the theory of variable length codes, the combination of words and molecular computation models. He is the author of 49 publications on international journals and international conference papers on such topics.
