Biography
Matteo Gaeta, holds a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Salerno. He is an associate professor for scientific-disciplinary clustering in information processing systems (ING-INF \ 05) and has achieved in 2013 the first-degree scientific qualification (competition sector: 09 / H1). His research interests relate to complex information systems and decision support systems, knowledge representation systems, and computational intelligence. He is author of over 200 papers published in magazines, international conference papers and books and has designed over 30 information systems. He is also a member of the editorial board of international journals and a member of the program committee of numerous international conferences. The professor.Matteo Gaeta is an IEEE Senior Member and is a member of the Computational Intelligence Society. He has gained a great deal of experience in the design and implementation of complex information systems and has been the promoter and director of research and innovation centers, technology transfer and spin-off. He has been a scientific coordinator and responsible for numerous national and international research projects. He is the coordinator of the Ministry of Education, University and Research working group for the evaluation and control of industrial research projects for small and medium-sized enterprises.
