Biography
Ivana Caputo was born in Naples on 14.5.71. Graduated from the degree in Biological Sciences (110/10 with praise) at Federico II University in Naples in 1995; the title of Ph.D. in Cell Biochemistry in 2001 and the title of Specialization in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry in 2003, both titles at the Second University of Naples. He has been a member of the National Biological Order since 1998. He has been awarded a scientific collaboration agreement in 2000 at the Department of Food Science at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Naples Federico II. She has been holding a Research Check at the European Laboratory for the Study of Food Induced Diseases (ELFID) from 2002 to 2004. He also held scientific research at the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Second University of Naples at the Department of Pediatrics at Federico II University in Naples. Since 2006 she has been a researcher at Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Science at MMFFNN University of Salerno, where she has done teaching activities in the degree programs of Chemistry and Environmental Assessment and Control. He has also been teaching and doing didactic activities in the degree programs of Biological Sciences and Biology (Magistrale). He has mainly conducted research on various isoforms of the transglutaminase enzyme, focusing in particular on the role played by tissue transglutaminase in the pathogenesis of human diseases. at the Department of Pediatrics at Federico II University in Naples.
