Biography
Professor of Didactics and methodology of educational and training processes. He conducted research aimed at studying working practices and development devices of professional communities with particular attention to the processes of learning and knowledge building in organizations. His latest research work focuses on topics related to 'Trasnformative Learning Theory' and 'Reflective Practices'. He is co-director of the international journal Educational Reflective Practices and Director of the Department of Education Sciences, Humanities and Intercultural Communication.
