Biography
Gianluca Brancadoro is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Teramo. Born in Naples on September 8, 1956, he graduated from the AA 1978 at the Law School of Rome I, bringing 110th praise and praise, with a dissertation on unfair competition. In 1980 he was a CNR fellow for a credit research. In 1981 he was a fellow in Paris for a competition research. In 1985 he won the competition for a university researcher at the Faculty of Law in Teramo, University of Chieti. From 1992 to 2000 he held the post of faculty of bankruptcy law at the University of L'Aquila, Faculty of Economics and Commerce. From 2000 to 2002 he held the position of teaching commercial law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Teramo. Since October 1, 2002 he has been a professor of commercial law (lawyer of financial markets) at the Law School of the University of Teramo
