Chinni Daniele

Biography

Daniele Chinni, graduated in Law at the University of Rome Three with 110/110 votes and praise (2007), holds a Ph.D. degree in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights at the University of Pisa (2011). She has been an auditor at the Silvano Tosi Seminar of Studies and Research at the University of Florence (2009) and has been awarded research in Institutions of Public Law and Constitutional Law at the University of Rome Three. He has held integrative teaching contracts at the University of Roma Tre and at the same University, he is a professor at the IIth level Master in "Penitentiary and Constitutional Law".Law and Society (since 2012) and the Focus Sources of the Law of the Journal federalismi.it (from 2014) . He is qualified to practice the profession of lawyer (2010). From January 2016 she worked as a research assistant at the Constitutional Court (Judge Professor Franco Modugno). His monograph entitled "emergency decrees and powers of the President" (Naples, 2014) was awarded ex aequo , in 2015, the National Prize "first" Sergio P. Panunzio for young constitutional law scholars, awarded annually by the Italian Association of Constitutionalists.
