To address the requirements and transformations of the institutional structure of transition economies from industrial capitalism to advanced capitalism and are articulated into five theme themes; Social risks, forms and factors of vulnerability, marginality and social exclusion . The reform of welfare and the establishment of the integrated social promotion and protection system . Social and welfare policies. Third sector, personal services and local development.
