Biology and pathology of subcellular membranes in neoplastic cells; subcellular effects of lipid peroxidation products; protein turnover in normal and neoplastic cells; biogenesis of lysosomal proteases; neoplastic cachexia in an animal model; ionic events in cell proliferation; apoptosis models and mechanisms.
