Clinical research: essential and secondary arterial hypertension and related organ damage, with particular interest in primary hyperaldosteronism and at the monogenic frome of arterial hypertension. Basic research: genetic study of essential and secondary hypertension, in particular of monogenic forms; study of the cellular effects of aldosterone and of the molecular alterations in adrenal adenomas secreting aldosterone
