a) Synthesis of new classical cationic surfactants and gemini and their interaction with DNA. b) Synthesis of a new class of surfactants: glucocation amphiphiles ) Characterization of surfactants by conductivity, fluorescence and surface tension measurements. d) Synthesis of intermediates and dyes for photovoltaic applications and marking of biomolecules. (e) Synthesis of intermediates and dyes for the marking of nanoparticles for their toxicity study f) Synthesis in palladium-catalyzed aqueous media. Preparation of Thiophene-based Intermediates. Preparation of polyphenols as conductive polymers for technological and environmental applications.
