Biography
Diego Coppola is working as Tenure track researcher (Geochemistry and Vulcanology) at the Department of Earth Sciences, University of Turin, Italy.
Research Interest
Dr. Coppola Diego scientific interests focus essentially on: Monitoring and analysis of thermal and gaseous emissions in sites of active vulcanization and geothermal areas; Dynamics of eruptions and real-time quantification of mass and gas mass flows; Research of thermal and geochemical precursors associated with volcanic, seismic and hydrothermal activities; Correlations between thermal, geochemical, seismic and deformation patterns associated with volcanic eruptions; Relationship between rheology, morphology and thermal emission of active lava bodies (castings and duomi)
