Biography
Prof. Ines Delfino is Associate Professor (Applied Physics) in service at the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences of the University of Tuscia .Prof. Delfino is co-author of more than 50 publications in international journals and volumes , co-author of several publications of national relevance (teaching and dissemination) and has participated in numerous national and international conferences. He is also co-author or participant in the curating of 3 books of didactic nature . He participates in editorial boards of international journals and serves as auditor for MIUR (for evaluation of research projects and products) and for several international journals for article evaluation.
Research Interest
1. Study of the functionality and dynamic behavior of proteins, even at the level of a single molecule, by optical techniques. 2. Study, design and implementation of hybrid systems, biosensors and optical methods for biotechnological, medical / diagnostic and environmental applications. 3. Propagation of light and optical properties of diffuse media of biophysical, biotechnological and biomedical interest.
