Biography
Mauro Moresi is an Ordinary Professor of "Unitary Operations of Food Technology" and "Assessment of the Environmental Impact of the Food Industry" at the University of Tuscia-Viterbo.He has published 217 papers on qualified national and international journals and has submitted 176 communications (oral and / or poster) to qualified national and international conferences.
Research Interest
Development of fermentative processes for the production of microbial biomasses, ethanol, organic oxides and polysaccharides, enzyme processes for the detoxification of wines; membrane processes (tangential microfiltration, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, electrodialysis) for the recovery of cells and metabolites from culture broths, the study of rheological behavior of suspensions, gelled systems and films inherent in the food biotechnology sector and the study of ' environmental impact of food and beverage choices.
