Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude in 1977 Specialization course in abdominal ultrasound in 1981 Specialization in Psychiatry with points 70/70 in 1983 Specialization in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy with points 70/70 in 1988 From 1979 to 2002 assistant role: medical activity rotation in the departments of General Medicine, Coronary Unit, infectious diseases in addition to the Emergency  Room "Endoscopy Service Manager" attached to the Department of Medicine of the Civil Hospital of Castel S. Pietro Terme . From 1996 to 2000 teaching at the nursing school in the fields of Medical Pathology and Psychiatry Since 2002 Medical Director UOC of Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy Ausl Imola - University of Bologna - University Directorate From 2003 to 2013 Professor in charge of Second Level University Master "Advanced Endoscopy" University of Bologna, based at the UOC of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy - Castel S. From 2009 to 2013 Head of UOS "colorectal cancer screening" AUSL Imola He is currently Head of Gastroenterology at the Villa ERBOSA Bologna nursing home with visits to gastroenterology, gastroscopy and colonoscopy
