Biography
Curt Holtz is President, Workwear, Jeans and Sportswear Brands for VF Corporation. He is responsible for VF’s brands that are headquartered generally in the eastern part of the U.S., including the Lee®, Kipling®, Nautica®, Timberland®, Wrangler®, Red Kap®, Bulwark®, Horace Small®, and Licensed Sports Group (LSG) brands. Prior to this appointment, Holtz was President of VF’s Image Apparel business, which provides uniforms and career occupational apparel for workers under the Bulwark®, Horace Small® and Red Kap® brands. He has more than 30 years of apparel industry experience spanning finance, operations, manufacturing and sourcing, product development, and brand management. Holtz joined VF in 1990 with the Lee brand. He then moved to VF’s Intimates business in 1993 where he held a series of leadership positions, eventually becoming President of VF’s Global Intimates business in 2005. He led the organization through a period of transformational change, including its 2007 divestiture by VF to Fruit of the Loom, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. Holtz rejoined VF in 2010 and quickly moved on to serve as Chief Financial Officer of VF’s International business. Holtz has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
