Scott A. Deitz

Biography

 Scott leads the public affairs and corporate relations functions at VF Corporation in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. He has been with VF since 2013. His global responsibilities include overseeing the Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Responsibility teams and helping to establish and maintain productive relationships with government representatives, public policy makers and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He also manages the VF Foundation, the company’s charitable arm which has donated more than $20 million to worthy causes. Scott frequently advises VF leaders and members of the management team on topics of related business importance. Prior to joining VF, Scott was Senior Vice President and Partner at global business consultancy FleishmanHillard. There he provided global clients with counsel on topics including: issues management, investor relations, financial communication, crisis management and communication, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public stock offerings, and investor activism. He was on the global Sustainability Practice Group team and led the firm’s global Manufacturing and Industrials Practice Group.
