Biography
Massimo Donà (born in Venice on October 29, 1957), as well as a musician, is an Ordinary Professor of Theoretical Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy at San Raffaele University in Milan. Specifically, he teaches METAFISICA for the three-year degree program and the ONTOLOGY OF ART for the specialized degree course. After graduating in 1981 with Emanuele Severino, at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the University of Venice, he started publishing several essays for magazines and collections of volumes, attending various conferences and seminars in various cities during the eighties Italian. Since the late 1980s, he has worked with Massimo Cacciari as a cultist for the subject at the IUAV Cosmetic Chair (Venice) and coordinates for a few years the Seminars of the Italian Institute for Philosophical Studies (headquarters in Venice ). In the nineties he founded, with Massimo Cacciari and Romano Gasparotti, the magazine PARADOSSO. Always in the nineties becomes a professor of Aesthetics and teaches at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice; until he is incarnated as an Ordinary Professor of Theoretical at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Vita-Salute University of San Raffaele in Milan. He is also curator, with Romano Gasparotti and Massimo Cacciari, of the posthumous work of Andrea Emo.
