Biography
Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Ferrara in 2006, Hematology Specialization in 2012, Specialization in Internal Medicine in 2017. In 2012 he started working at the San Raffaele Institute in Milan, where he is actively involved in studies at both preclinical and clinical levels. He is currently co-experimenting in over 20 CLL clinical trials and related disorders, including Phase 1 studies, and was the principal investigator for a Phase 3 study for first-line follicular lymphoma therapy. He has recently successfully completed the Clinical Research Training in Hematology (CRTH) 2016-2017, promoted by the European Hematology Association (EHA).
Research Interest
prognostic and predictive factors in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) preneoplastic conditions associated with lymphoproliferative disorders, such as monoclonal B lymphocytosis (MBL) targeted agents and clinical trial design
