Research Interest
Non-linear, physical and chaotic. Control of transient chaos and permanent chaos. Mechanisms of synchronization of chaotic systems. Analysis of time series, distinction between stochastic series and deterministic chaotic series. - Quantitative biology and systems. Quantification of the dynamics of NF-kB transcription factor in single cells. Development of algorithms for microscopic data analysis. Mathematical models in biology, with emphasis on the study of the dynamics of "signaling", using elements of dynamic systems and the theory of stochastic processes. Analysis and mathematical characterization of transcription dynamics.
