Biography
As Senior Vice President Global Operations Mr Gorgas was responsible for all STADA production sites (15 plants in Europe and Asia), the contract manufacturing activities for third parties and for product transfers. He had previously worked for more than ten years for the consultants Capgemini Deutschland predominantly in the fields of Life Science and Business Transformation as well as a member of the extended management in the German-speaking area. Throughout his career Mr Gorgas has gained extensive experience particularly in the areas of Supply Chain, pharmaceutical production, operational excellence, continuous improvement, strategic orientation, M&A, procurement and reorganisation.
