Biography
Dr. Robert E. Gerszten received an Agilent Thought Leader award in support of his research on the discovery of metabolite biomarkers for cardiovascular and related metabolic diseases. Dr Gerszten has pioneered the use of proteomics and metabolomics approaches to identify biomarkers of these diseases using the Framingham heart study cohort.
