Ismael came to Japan in 2013, and spent three years in Kyoto before moving to Tokyo to join Apex. Having grown up in Belgium, the U.S and the United Arab Emirates, his international upbringing gives him a unique perspective which helps him connect better with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
